Hortiglaze offer highly skilled personnel to facilitate any sized project throughout the UK and abroad from dismantling and removal of an existing glasshouse to complete renovation, seasonal maintenance or erection of a new structure.

Our qualified and dedicated teams are fully conversant with all aspects of on and off-site health and safety issues and we also pride ourselves that they are all first aid trained.

We offer a wealth of information throughout the whole process and liaise directly with our clients ensuring peace of mind that your aim is our objective.

What we do

At Hortiglaze we undertake all aspects of glasshouse requirements.

We offer complete construction, including dismantling and removal of any existing site facilities, adhering to formal plans and advising on possible problematic issues that may be encountered.

We also offer repair and refurbishment to existing glasshouses allowing a cost-effective way for our clients’ continual usage with the least disruption during any growing season.

Hortiglaze work with our customers to provide a second-to-none maintenance and cleaning programme throughout the year giving complete assurance that the produce contained therein is always given protection throughout both good and adverse weather conditions.

Hortiglaze are also Venlo specialists. Deemed as one of the world’s best-selling glasshouses offering alternating vents, maximum light transmission with tempered glass dry roof glazing thus preventing frequent maintenance and is suitable to all areas of horticulture for both the domestic and commercial market.

Health & Safety

At Hortiglaze Health and Safety is an obvious priority, with the equipment we use and the products we work with, respect is shown to both our staff and customers as undoubted valuable assets to the company.

Our equipment is fully serviced and maintained during and after each completed project – no matter what size that may be – this ensures smooth operation of your works without down-time for break downs – our philosophy being “prevention is better than cure”.

We have full safety accreditations and have a high-level insurance policy should the unthinkable ever occur.

Health and Safety training is on-going as new legislations dictate. All our staff are provided with the relevant Health and Safety documentation and they are all first aid trained. They are also equipped with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
